Since each hat is custom made to the wearer, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. All hats are inspected for any defects and the order is reviewed again to ensure the information of the hat is correct before it is shipped. Calling ahead or before placing an order will help ensure you will be given the hat you want. Any issues regarding a misshapen hat when order is received will also not qualify for any returns or refunds.
